You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and legality of the information you post, including car listings and messages.
- You must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- You must not engage in any activity that is harmful, abusive, or discriminatory.
- You must own the legal rights to any vehicle you list for sale or trade.
- Impersonating another person or entity is strictly prohibited.
4. Listings, Offers, and Transactions
Magari is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, or take ownership of any vehicles listed on our platform.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence before making a purchase, including vehicle inspections and verification of documents.
5. Credits System
The use of certain features, such as publishing a listing or continuing a chat negotiation as a seller, requires "credits". Credits can be purchased through the platform. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value outside of the Magari platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Magari or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Magari does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality or safety of vehicles, or the ability of buyers or sellers to complete a transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to use the Services after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
